Pubs play a central role in British Society and are an intrinsic part of British Culture. The atmosphere in our UK Pubs is significantly different to drinking establishments in other countries across the world. The Great British Pub is often renowned as a peaceful, relaxing environment where the community can gather together in a safe, sociable and comfortable place.
With over 20 years experience in hospitality, and experience of working in hospitality settings not just across the UK but across the globe too, our founder is customer centric with a clear understanding of how unique our Pubs in the UK really are.
Our founder grew up in the Peaks, and resides back in the Peak District again today. Not only does she know many of the villagers in the Peak District who are known to love a tipple of their favourite drink by a roaring fire after a days work or exercise or the walkers who ease their weary feet, whilst others choose to work, read, compete at pub games or catch up with friends in the pubs friendly atmosphere…….she is one!
On our Pub Tours we explore the varying types of Pubs we are proud the Peak District has to offer and we join 6 different villages in enjoying a sample of their community life.
